How to Use the Smart Payroll System

  1. Start with Company Settings and select the country, currency, payroll period, and pay date.
  2. Add only the employees’ fixed records, such as basic salary and fixed allowances.
  3. Open Monthly Inputs to record absence, delays, overtime hours, bonuses, loans, and deductions.
  4. Run payroll to review gross pay, deductions, net pay, and employer cost.
  5. Approve the period, then issue payslips or export the results to Excel and PDF.

Quick Practical Example

For an employee with a basic salary of 1,000, a transport allowance of 100, and a housing allowance of 200, plus 5 overtime hours, a bonus of 50, and a loan deduction of 30, the tool combines earnings and deductions and calculates net pay and employer cost using the selected country settings.

When Should You Use This Tool?

Use it to prepare monthly payroll, compare employee costs, issue payslips, or build a streamlined payroll workflow for a small or medium-sized business.
